These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of EZISMS (ezisms.com, including the web application and API we make available to you) ("Service"). By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EZISMS provides tools to rent temporary phone numbers and receive SMS messages for verification and related workflows. Features, catalog, pricing, rental duration, reuse rules, and wallet behavior are described in the product and may change. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Certain features require prepayment or wallet balance. Fees, taxes (if any), and refund or cancellation rules—including any fees withheld when you cancel before receiving a code—are disclosed at the time of purchase or in the Service. Unless required by law or expressly stated in the Service, purchases are final once delivery of the rented number or related action has begun, subject to our refund policies as shown in the product.
Numbers and SMS delivery may rely on underlying carriers and technology partners. Their availability, quality, and coverage are outside our full control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every verification will succeed.
The Service, branding, and content we provide are owned by EZISMS or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its outputs except as allowed by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZISMS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You will defend and indemnify EZISMS and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or must do so to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and EZISMS regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Governing law and venue will be as required by applicable law for consumers in your country or region unless we specify otherwise in a separate written agreement with you.
